Prior to founding Scondras Engineering Group (SEG) in 2025, Luke honed his expertise at several leading firms, including Jacobs, TranSystems (now GFT), Benesch, CDM Smith, and Turner Construction. His background encompasses transportation infrastructure, site design and development, solar array civil and structural engineering, permitting navigation, and construction-phase services, all grounded in deep knowledge of Massachusetts regulations, including MassDOT standards, MBTA guidelines, local zoning, and environmental requirements.
